495 Princess Street
We took the alma mater of our founding principals, Queen’s University in Kingston, ON, and re-imagined what modern, highly-amenitized complementary buildings would look like in creating a new gateway to the campus from Princess Street, the main artery to downtown Kingston. When complete in Summer 2021 and Summer 2022 respectively, these two 11-storey buildings will redefine the gateway to the University and downtown and provide approximately 400 new units and approximately 15,500 sf of commercial space to the area.
