We jumped at the chance to repurpose this 4.5-acre forgotten site formerly planned as the Scarborough Expressway located adjacent to the Guildwood GO train station, on the edge of a neighbourhood and the developing Kingston Road corridor. With active planning applications, we have planned for reasonable transit-supportive density that will support families and households who can stay or move within the City.

The buildings are targeting a 1-star Fitwel certification for occupant well being, which includes outdoor amenity areas, a looped walking trail, promotion of active travel modes inside and out (pedestrians, bikes and stair usage) .
