Over a period of 8 years, we assembled an entire street block of 6 underdeveloped main street properties within easy walking distance of both Queen’s University and downtown Kingston. The result is an 10-storey, 343-unit, 551-bedroom building with approximately 10,000 sf of grade-related commercial.
