Christian Huggett

Managing Director, Head of Development

Christian is our leader in all things Design; he steers us through site acquisition to project stabilization, development and design trends, site and building layout, municipal approvals, sales and marketing, and leads our development management team as a member of Podium’s executive team.

Prior to joining Podium, Christian was a planning, urban design, and architecture consultant for several Toronto based firms. He has a Masters Degree in Urban Design from the University of Toronto, and an Honours Bachelor Degree in Environmental Studies (Planning) with an Economics Minor from University of Waterloo. He is currently a voluntary member of the Habitat for Humanity Land Committee. In addition, Christian was heavily involved in OPPI leadership committees and retains his Registered Professional Planner designation.
